Turkey fried rice

Making the most out of food!

I’d cooked a leg of Turkey the day before and so this was a meal made from scraps in my fridge.

Unfortunately I can’t remember exactly how I made this, or the quantities of ingredients…but here goes:

  1. Boil 1.5 cups of sticky rice
  2. Slice 4 stalks of spring onions
  3. Heat frying pan
  4. Chop finely and fry a clove of Garlic in Olive oil
  5. Add a sliced Red Onion
  6. Add a handful of sliced Mushrooms
  7. Add the Turkey scraps
  8. Add rice to pan
  9. Stir together with half of the spring onion and put into a mould
  10. Dish out and add spring onion garnish
